tis the cycle of emotional status
for me at least

always changing but never learning from previous failed endeavors

even if you found it "that", would you let yourself believe? let yourself be happy? know you deserve it? or would you hold back, convinced it isn't real, that it will never happen? don't make that mistake...
Deserve is a large word to use. Do any of us ever legitimately deserve anything good? But I still heartily agree with what you've just said.
Well no one deserves to suffer through life alone.
But I more so meant it in a self confidence sort of way than a right.
